Modifications to Terms

CabrioRent reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

Platform Use and Bookings

When using the Platform to book cabriolets, you are entering into a contract directly with the vehicle provider. CabrioRent is not a party to the rental agreement and is not responsible for the performance of the rental service. Any disputes regarding the rental service must be resolved directly with the vehicle provider.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the property of CabrioRent, its affiliates, or third-party licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform for commercial purposes without permission.

User Obligations

Users must be of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. The Platform should not be used for fraudulent, speculative, or false reservations.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Platform for purposes that are illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, data mining, and interference with the Platform's operations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CabrioRent provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

CabrioRent will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CabrioRent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. CabrioRent is not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7+ days before the trip: 100% refund.
Cancellation 3-7 days before the trip: 90% refund.
Cancellation 1-3 days before the trip: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the trip: No refund.

Your feedback is welcome, but please note that we are not obligated to respond to all communications. By submitting feedback, you grant CabrioRent a license to use your feedback for any purpose.
